**About the opportunity:**

**Your responsibilities will include:**
* Managing and coordinating training and development activities;
* Monitoring the implementation of learning programs;
* Developing team capability strategies;
* Collaborating with various departments to align objectives;
* Analyzing workload volumes and planning operations according to available staff and productivity;
* Conducting shift handovers, verifying the physical status of the area, and inspecting equipment to be used—such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.;
* Coordinating, evaluating, and developing the team under your responsibility;
* Performing operational control and productivity monitoring, providing real-time guidance and direction to ensure 100% goal achievement;
* Ensuring operational procedures, occupational safety, and quality management are followed by unit employees;
* Monitoring damage processes, issuing and forwarding reports to Management;
* Reviewing equipment checklists and ensuring corrective actions are taken per defined procedures;
* Promoting occupational safety awareness among all employees through meetings, bulletins, and seminars—aiming to prevent accidents during operations;
* Providing regular feedback to highlight team strengths and improvement opportunities;
* Responding to audits as required, in accordance with unit certifications;
* Organizing the workplace in compliance with Quality Best Practices and 5S, adhering to SMS regulations;
* Implementing the unit’s Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management System, respecting operational best practices and ensuring team adherence to quality, occupational safety, and food/product safety pillars, as stipulated in policies, manuals, and operational procedures;
* Guiding your team to act in accordance with the defined Policy, achieve objectives and goals, and comply with other SGI requirements;
* Directing your team to perform tasks per operational procedures and controls;
* Reporting and addressing SGI non-conformities, and understanding implications of non-compliance with its requirements;
* Accompanying SGI auditors when necessary, identifying significant environmental aspects and impacts, and unacceptable hazards and risks within your area, and guiding your team accordingly;
* Being aware of relevant incidents in your area, participating in their investigations, and knowing and respecting employees’ right to refuse work if it poses an imminent danger;
* Identifying and requesting necessary SGI-related training for positions directly reporting to your role.
**Requirements**
* Experience in training and development management;
* Knowledge of learning methodologies;
* Ability to lead and motivate teams;
* Strong communication and presentation skills;
* Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with expected completion in 2026;
* Intermediate Excel proficiency;
* Analytical and data-driven mindset.
