Demonstrate proactive behavior and autonomy to identify and resolve critical issues swiftly, proposing innovative solutions and actively contributing to the evolution and correction of the current system. Support the adoption of development best practices, test culture (unit and integration tests), and CI/CD pipelines, collaborating in defining optimal technical solutions to ensure an excellent customer experience. Develop and maintain reusable components and libraries, ensuring adherence to the team's coding standards.
