Perform minor maintenance to ensure facility quality **Job Purpose and Impact** -------------------------- Operate grain receiving, pre-cleaning, drying, storage, and dispatch processes at the warehouse either via supervisory control panel or manually, monitoring parameters for each process stage per Cargill and customer-defined standards; record operations and notify supervisor in case of deviations related to products, processes, or equipment, aiming to implement preventive and corrective actions that ensure proper operational flow and required product quality. **Key Accountabilities** ------------------------ * Assess drying process quality for products, identifying dryer throughput, temperature, and drying time; periodically request sample collection and verify drying quality until target parameters are achieved; activate product release commands to the warehouse and receive new grains for drying to maintain continuous operational flow; * Operate automated control panels for receiving, pre-cleaning, drying, storage, and dispatch processes, activating electronic spout-opening devices at the warehouse as well as conveyor belts and elevators, based on cargo volume records and system capacity; control quantities by regulating spout flow rates and closing spouts upon reaching limits; radio field operators to perform manual commands when necessary, aiming to ensure operational and process-flow control; * Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as painting, hydraulic work, workstation assembly, furniture assembly/disassembly, and other specific activities as required—particularly during off-season periods—documenting all activities and releasing facilities for employee use, contributing to unit facility quality; * Other duties assigned to the role **Qualifications** ------------------ **Minimum Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience operating front-end loaders and other mobile equipment Basic computer skills * Driver's license category B **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in dryer operations * Knowledge of receiving, dispatch, and storage processes (including quality of stored products) At Cargill, every person matters.
