Description: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PROGRAM REGISTRATION: For external candidates: * Have completed a Bachelor's degree in Nursing no more than 02 (two) years prior to the publication of this notice (starting from 12/2023\); * Possess the Bachelor's degree diploma in Nursing by 02/2026; * Be duly registered with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN). For internal candidates: * Have completed a Bachelor's degree in Nursing no more than 02 (two) years prior to the publication of this notice (starting from 12/2023\); * Possess the Bachelor's degree diploma in Nursing by 02/2026; * Be duly registered with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN). * Have been employed at HMV for at least 06 (six) months; * Have no unexcused absences, warnings, or suspensions in the past year; * Meet all other internal selection criteria described in IT "Manage Recruitment and Selection" (IT 00050\)\*. Care Pathways: Upon entering the Program, the Trainee develops critical thinking regarding the patient’s care pathway, which requires monitoring the specialty across prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation actions—with a vision of continuity of care. The Program is structured to enable the nurse to work alongside a multidisciplinary team, delivering patient- and family-centered care under the mentorship of specialist nurses in the respective field of practice. Throughout the Program, the nurse develops skills and competencies in First-Line Leadership, Effective Communication, People and Resource Management, Teamwork, and Decision-Making. Teaching is integrated with clinical practice and education through scientific activities, theoretical-practical training, and evidence-based practice.
