Description

**Activities:** * Perform daily setup on injection molding machines, changing molds according to the production schedule sequence, adhering to production orders, ensuring flawless task execution and quality; * Remove molds from machines and perform mold changes according to work orders, ensuring efficient changeover and proper equipment operation with the newly installed mold; * Ensure proper operation of peripherals (hydraulic hoses, centering rings, water and mold heating boxes, cabinets, tool carts) as well as setup quality; * Record and document entries in the setup checklist; * Store, control, and preserve molds, keeping them in good working condition and in an organized manner; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a Mold Changer * Knowledge of adjustments and settings for injection molding machines * Ability to identify and resolve technical problems * Ability to work in a team * Technical course in Plastics or related fields * Knowledge of preventive maintenance for machinery * Proactivity and initiative * **Easy access to Campo Largo da Roseira neighborhood — São José dos Pinhais** Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * On-site meals Compensation: R$2.200,00 — R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Possibility of relocation/moving to the work location: * São José dos Pinhais, PR: Relocate or move to the job location prior to starting work (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
