This Line Monitor will be responsible for one of the production lines in a POS (Payment Terminal) operation. The professional will oversee and ensure the proper functioning of the production lines. Their focus will be on supporting operational execution by guiding teams and ensuring control over resources and operational results. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor production line activities to ensure proper workflow and efficient use of resources; * Track line performance to identify opportunities for process improvement; * Guide operational teams by clarifying questions regarding processes; * Prepare and update production control reports; * Ensure compliance with work instructions, company standards, and procedures; * Ensure adherence to safety regulations, preventing risks and accidents during operations. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed high school education; * Experience in production lines or industrial environments; * Familiarity with operational routines and process execution. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical course (Electronics, Production, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields); * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
