Collaborative work with IT teams and consulting firms **Key User SAP PP \- Mid-Level** ---------------------------- ### **About the Opportunity** We are looking for an SAP Key User focused on **Quality Assurance (QA)** for **Production (PP)** processes, to work on **SAP S/4HANA implementation or roll\-out projects**. The professional will play a strategic role in **functional validation of the solution**, ensuring alignment with business processes, SAP best practices, and the project’s global design. They will collaborate closely with the internal **IT team** and **implementation consulting firms**, with strong emphasis on **integrated testing (SIT/UAT)**, review of deliverables, and tracking of corrections. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as an SAP Key User with focus on **QA for modules PP, PM, and QM**. * Review and validate **functional documents, configurations, and project deliverables**. * Plan, execute, and monitor **integrated testing (SIT/UAT)**. * Ensure solution compliance with **SAP best practices** and the global project design. * Participate in analysis and validation of **SAP–MES integrations** for production reporting. * Support tracking of corrections, adjustments, and functional enhancements. * Work collaboratively with internal IT and implementation consulting firms. * Support standardization and quality improvement of industrial and maintenance processes. ### **️ Technical Requirements (Hard Skills)** * Experience in **SAP S/4HANA implementation or roll\-out projects**. * Solid knowledge of **manufacturing, maintenance, and quality control processes**. * Experience in **reviewing and validating functional documents, SAP testing, and configurations**. * Experience with **integrated testing (SIT/UAT)** and tracking of corrections. * Proficiency navigating **SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (2023 or later)** environments. * Experience in **functional specifications for SAP–MES integrations** (a significant advantage). * Knowledge of the **PS (Project System)** module will be considered an advantage. * Experience with **SAP DMS (Document Management System)** will be considered an advantage. * Familiarity with **SAP Solution Manager, ALM, Jira, or similar tools** (desirable). ### **Behavioral Requirements (Soft Skills)** * An **analytical and critical mindset**, with strong focus on **process quality and standardization**. * Strong communication skills and ability to interface effectively between business areas and technical teams. * Collaborative attitude and problem-solving orientation. * Autonomy, organization, and ability to manage projects involving **multiple parallel tracks and consulting firms**. * Commitment to **meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs**. * Ability to provide **constructive feedback** and act assertively during functional reviews. ### **Advantages** * Experience in medium- and large-scale industrial projects. * Experience in environments featuring strong integration between SAP and shop-floor systems. * Prior experience in **SAP functional QA roles**.
