Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a constantly evolving system, actively contributing to delivery quality and learning hands-on from a team that values development, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. **Job Responsibilities** * Perform manual tests on the system (functional, regression, and exploratory) * Assist in identifying, logging, and tracking bugs, ensuring clarity in information shared with the development team * Validate new features prior to production releases * Support creation and maintenance of test scenarios and test cases * Collaborate with developers and other IT areas to ensure delivery quality * Participate in team meetings, contributing suggestions to improve product quality * Continuously learn and evolve in QA processes and best practices **What We Expect From You** * Genuine desire to grow and develop in the Quality Assurance (QA) field Minimum 6 months of experience in QA, whether through projects, internships, or professional roles * **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with automated testing; * Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban); * Basic knowledge of programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, Python, or others); **What You’ll Find Here** * A close-knit, accessible, and collaborative IT team * Space to learn, make mistakes, evolve, and propose improvements * Real-world challenges that directly contribute to product evolution Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
