If you want to be part of something bigger and contribute to advancing science, technology, and innovation, this could be your place. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Engagement in Funding Projects and Open Innovation; * Close collaboration with stakeholders across different sectors to ensure project delivery quality; * Active participation in Technical Meetings/Visits with PIT clients; * Project planning, monitoring, and control, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and defined requirements; * Preparation of Accountability Reports for clients detailing project progress, documenting schedule advancement, action plans, indicator collection status, and adopted strategies; * Preparation of Project Monitoring Reports and Presentations; * Monitoring and control of procurement and supplier contracting processes related to projects; * Monitoring and control of project cash flow, as well as involvement in billing activities for PIT clients; * Active participation in Status Report and Project Monitoring meetings with the Project Management team; * Monitoring and control of project risks; * Monitoring and control of project communications, including documentation via meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets; * Liaison with PIT’s Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Communications departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge or experience in Project Management. * Knowledge or experience in ERP systems (TOTVS Protheus is a plus). * Knowledge or experience with project management tools. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Power BI knowledge is a plus. * Strong interpersonal skills with interface departments, clients, and key stakeholders. * Teamwork orientation. * Proactivity. * Active listening and assertive communication. * Discretion when handling client-related and stakeholder-sensitive information. * Confidence in interacting with stakeholders broadly. * Ability to understand regulations and standards. **Additional Information** * Bradesco Saúde Health and Dental Insurance; * Caju Multi-Benefits Card; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Group Life Insurance; * Hybrid work arrangement (subject to agreement and departmental needs); * Flexible working hours; * Birthday Day Off; * Emergency and urgent medical service \- EMERCOR; * SESC (Full Membership).
