The Junior Operations Planning Analyst will develop and monitor forecasts, propose improvements in resource allocation, and track KPIs to enhance efficiency.

Our PLANNING AND DISTRIBUTION team is seeking a JUNIOR OPERATIONS PLANNING ANALYST to contribute to Riachuelo's Future and further drive the Fashion that Inspires Brazil.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
The role’s key challenges are:
* Develop and monitor forecasts and capacity planning to ensure workforce alignment with store demand;
* Propose improvements in resource allocation based on demand analysis and performance indicators;
* Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency;
* Conduct scenario and impact analyses (gains and losses) to support decision-making;
* Develop process automation and solutions to increase productivity;
* Create management dashboards and reports in Power BI and presentations in PowerPoint;
* Participate in strategic meetings with partner departments and operations, presenting results and action plans;
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects and performance initiatives.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
It is highly important that you have and/or know:
* Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query);
* Undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, IT, or related fields (in progress or completed);
* Knowledge of Power BI, Python, SQL, and Power Automate;
* Certification or knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus);
* Experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and indicator analysis;
* Basic understanding of applied statistics and continuous improvement.
