Perform advanced troubleshooting of hardware, software, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom Phones. Configure, image, update, and repair laptops/desktops (Dell/Lenovo). Manage incidents and ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Promote continuous improvement, automation, and user education in technology.
