Job Mission
Ensure accuracy and smoothness of local financial processes by delivering multichannel support, reconciling return invoices, verifying and controlling delivery receipts, tracking and validating vouchers, updating performance indicators, and supporting internal departments and customers — guaranteeing reliability and effectiveness in Local Finance routines.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide support via tickets, phone, e\-mail, HEIFLOW Portal, or any other tool defined by the Company;
* Reconcile all return invoices generated on D\-1, ensuring no customer remains without proper reconciliation;
* Request delivery receipts (sampling) from all locations to verify whether all have been duly signed by customers and archived by Local Administrative Assistants;
* Track validated vouchers for discounts and follow up on non-validated vouchers; after the 15th of each month, reconcile discounted vouchers against payroll (discount entry x voucher entries);
* Update dashboard with reasons for open DTs;
* Support internal and external customers to resolve potential issues related to Local Finance.
Academic Qualification
Completed high school.
Requirements
* Basic computer skills (especially Excel and e\-mail).
* Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
* Proactivity and responsibility in performing assigned tasks.
