Infrastructure and Microsoft environment operations **IT Assistant** ==================== Wyda \| Sorocaba \- SP \| On-site Job Description Provide operational support for Information Technology department routines, including user assistance, equipment organization, access control management, and basic support for corporate systems. Responsibilities and Duties **Operational User Support** * Support supplier payment processing for IT vendors; * Initial incident handling (first point of contact); * Assistance with software installation and basic configurations; * Support for workstations, printers, and peripherals; * Assistance with equipment organization and IT asset inventory; * On-site support in administrative and manufacturing areas. **Datasul ERP Support** * Basic user support for system routines; * Assistance with simple data entry tasks (under analyst guidance); * Incident logging and escalation to higher support levels; * Participation in operational testing when requested. **Infrastructure and Microsoft Environment Support** * Assistance with user account creation and deactivation (under supervision); * Basic support for email, Teams, and OneDrive; * Assistance implementing password policies; * Folder organization and permission configuration per department instructions. **Power BI Support** * User assistance navigating dashboards; * Verification of report access permissions; * Assistance collecting information for report adjustments. Requirements and Qualifications * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development; Information Systems; or related fields. * Relevant work experience. Desirable Requirements * Basic knowledge of hardware and networking; * Fundamental proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office suite; * Interest in ERP and corporate systems; * Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365\.
