**Education Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (in progress or completed);
* Valid Cisco certification (CCNA or higher) or Fortinet certification (NSE 4 or higher);

**Main Responsibilities**
**Role Mission:**
* Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the organization’s network and telecommunications infrastructure by planning, implementing, supporting, and continuously improving LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments, ensuring high availability, reliability, and compliance with corporate IT policies.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
* Administer, monitor, and optimize network environments (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and VPN);
* Implement and maintain network security policies, segmentation, and access control;
* Manage and maintain firewalls, switches, routers, and access points, with focus on Fortinet (FortiGate, FortiAP, FortiSwitch) and Unifi (Ubiquiti);
* Perform advanced troubleshooting of connectivity and performance incidents and issues;
* Participate in infrastructure expansion, technology upgrade, and network and telecom improvement projects;
* Support the information security team in applying best practices and complying with internal standards;
* Document topologies, configurations, and technical procedures;
* Support integration of new branches and units, ensuring connectivity and infrastructure standardization;
* Collaborate with service providers and partners to manage data and telephony links;
* Participate in defining and implementing Quality of Service (QoS) policies and load balancing;
* Support the infrastructure team in resolving critical incidents and contingency planning;
* Administer and maintain connectivity and VPNs between on-premises and cloud environments (Azure, GCP, and AWS), ensuring performance and security in hybrid integrations.
**Requirements:**
* Solid experience in administration and troubleshooting of medium- to large-scale corporate networks;
* Advanced knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, QoS);
* Experience with Fortinet environments (firewall, VPN, and perimeter security configuration and management);
* Experience with Ubiquiti/Unifi solutions (controllers, APs, and switches);
* Experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, FortiAnalyzer, or similar);
* Knowledge of networks, connectivity, and VPNs in cloud environments (Azure, GCP, and AWS).
**Desirable Differentiators:**
* Additional certifications (MikroTik, Unifi, Aruba, or NSE 5/6);
* Experience in high-availability environments and distributed corporate networks;
* Knowledge of IP telephony (VoIP, gateways, SIP integrations);
* Experience with network automation (scripts, Ansible, or APIs);
* Experience with cloud solutions and hybrid connectivity (Azure, AWS, GCVE).
