Technical Consulting: On-site implementations and customer support * **Cloud Expertise:** Support and administration of **Microsoft 365** and **Google Workspace** environments (user management, security policies, and collaboration). * **Infrastructure Guardian:** Maintenance of **servers** and **networks** (router, switch, and VLAN configuration; connectivity monitoring). * **Hands-On (Hardware):** Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and peripherals. * **Technical Consulting:** Conduct on-site visits to customers for implementations and hands-on support, ensuring a human touch in technology. * **Security and Continuity:** Backup management, patch updates, and implementation of endpoint security layers. * **Documentation and Improvement:** Create and maintain a technical knowledge base to ensure we never repeat the same mistake twice.
