Direct contribution to the company’s results. **About the Challenge** At Infleet, the Finance team is a key piece in sustaining the company’s accelerated growth. As a Finance Intern, you will have the opportunity to directly support processes that ensure efficiency and scalability—participating in organizing and automating financial information, contributing to optimizing the revenue cycle and working capital, analyzing costs and margins to support value-creation initiatives, and assisting in activities related to capital structure and investor relations. This will be an intensive learning experience within a high-growth environment where autonomy and responsibility go hand-in-hand, and every contribution has a direct impact on the company’s results. **️ Key Responsibilities** You will experience a true job rotation within the Finance area, rotating across different processes to understand how the company operates—from resource allocation to value-generation analysis. During this journey, your responsibilities will include: * Supporting Strategic Controllership in analyzing financial closing results, identifying variances between planned and actual performance, and developing action plans; * Assisting Treasury in the billing process, cash flow management, and analysis of new revenue opportunities; * Contributing to investor relations by supporting critical analyses, building Business Plans, and preparing materials for the Board and potential investors. **✅ Prerequisites** You don’t need to know everything yet—but we’re looking for someone who: * Is currently enrolled from the 5th semester onward in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; * Is available to intern for 6 hours per day; * Has strong eagerness to learn: ability to quickly absorb new finance knowledge and understand the dynamics of interaction among different departments; * Demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset: willingness to analyze complex problems and dedicate themselves to finding practical and effective solutions—going beyond simple task execution; * Is comfortable working autonomously and in a flexible remote work environment. **✨ Nice-to-Haves** * Prior knowledge in corporate finance, controller functions, accounting, or data tools; * Exposure to artificial intelligence tools applied to Finance; * Participation in scientific initiation projects, volunteering, tutoring, junior enterprises, or other experiences complementing academic training. **Benefits of Being INFLEET** * Fully remote, with full schedule flexibility (focus on delivery and accountability); * Birthday Day Off; * Wellhub; * Home Office Allowance (Caju) – R$ 80.00; * Meal Allowance (Caju) – R$ 682.00; * Conexa Saúde – Telemedicine (4 psychotherapy sessions, monthly nutritionist consultation, unlimited primary and specialist consultations). **Internship Stipend: R$ 1\.000,00**
