Job Summary: Opportunity to operate Google Ads, manage communications, provide analytical support, and collaborate with the media team within the Lojas Renner S.A. Ecosystem. Key Highlights: 1. Here’s what this opportunity entails on a day-to-day basis: **Responsibilities and Duties** **Google Ads Operations** * Operate Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and App Campaigns, where applicable), following guidelines defined by the Media Analyst III. * Upload, pause, and adjust campaigns, ad groups, ads, and assets according to the communication calendar. * Ensure correct campaign scheduling, activation, and termination (dates, times, and budgets). **Communication and Creative Management** * Upload all media communications (text, images, videos, assets) per received briefings. * Ensure messages are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with active campaigns. * Support creative version organization and control. **Analytical Support and Learnings** * Monitor basic performance metrics (clicks, cost, conversions, conversion rate). * Support performance analysis and identification of opportunities and issues. * Gather operational insights and learnings for sharing with the Media Analyst III. * Conduct daily checks to identify deviations, drops, or quick optimization opportunities. **Interface and Collaboration** * Collaborate directly with the Media Analyst III, ensuring alignment and faithful execution of strategy. * Support requests from the media team and related areas (Creative, BI, Product). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements**: * Search * Display * YouTube * Performance Max **Preferred Qualifications**: * Familiarity with digital media metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS). * Organization, attention to detail, and operational discipline. * Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn performance media. * Knowledge of other platforms (e.g., Microsoft Ads) **Additional Information** **Learn about our benefits!** * Check eligibility for your position.
