**JOB OPENING:** Quality Inspector **Employment Type:** CLT **Location:** São Luís/MA **Requirements:** **Completed high school education** (Mandatory); * Technical course in electrical, maintenance, or related fields (Desirable); * Driver's license category A **(Mandatory);** * Prior experience in inspection, maintenance, or similar roles; * Basic computer skills for data recording and tracking; * Familiarity with management systems and operational reporting; * Knowledge in electricity will be considered a plus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct daytime and nighttime field inspections; * Identify defects and record incidents in the EXATI information system; * Report complex issues to the CCO or Shift Supervisor; * Ensure correct use and maintenance of PPE, collective protective equipment (CPE), and work tools; * Operate company vehicles following operational checklists and traffic regulations; * Preserve company equipment, tools, and assets; * Support compliance with contractual requirements and operational quality standards. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail; * Commitment and responsibility; * Organization and discipline; * Good communication skills; * Agility in problem identification; * Teamwork. **We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Meal allowance / food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * Opportunities for professional growth; * Collaborative environment focused on continuous development.
