**Your Mission:**
* Act as a strategic partner to Supply Chain and Logistics leadership for Stores and Distribution Centers (DCs), co-creating realistic and ambitious goals aligned with Obramax’s guidelines and strategies to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and team engagement in achieving results within the area (logistics operations for stores and DCs);
* Define, structure, and ensure governance of Supply Chain and Logistics performance indicators (including stores and DCs), ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, customer value focus, and disciplined management of results and delivery of defined objectives;
* Lead performance rituals across Supply Chain and logistics for Stores and DCs, ensuring cadence, objective interpretation of indicators, action prioritization, and leadership accountability for agreed-upon results;
* Identify and anticipate performance risks and opportunities across Supply Chain and logistics for Stores and DCs, promoting effective and sustainable action plans in partnership with relevant areas—without direct involvement in operational execution;
* Ensure consistency among sales commitments, operational capacity, and customer delivery (logistics for Stores and DCs), reinforcing shared responsibility and the impact of commercial decisions on customer experience;
* Prioritize and monitor strategic projects across Supply Chain and logistics for Stores and DCs, ensuring measurable impact on key business KPIs, with focus on productivity, efficiency, and service level;
* Disseminate Obramax’s values through clear communication and practical leadership examples, encouraging the team to embrace the "Obramax Way of Being and Going Beyond", fostering a positive, ethical work environment aligned with company culture;
* Ensure compliance with Obramax’s standards and procedures by implementing and monitoring internal controls related to safety, occupational health, and positive impact, minimizing legal and operational risks and guaranteeing a safe and sustainable workplace;
* Promote a culture of performance and accountability, strengthening the use of data, indicators, and goals as the foundation for decision-making, leadership development, and continuous improvement. (Supply Chain, logistics for Stores and DCs).
**To join our team, you must have:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Supply Chain, Logistics, Strategy, or Retail preferred;
* Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.), economic data consolidation systems (Hyperion, SAP, etc.), and integrated tools for spreadsheet creation, presentations, and documentation (Google Workspace, Office, etc.);
* Leadership experience in Supply Chain/Logistics and/or Performance roles, preferably in the retail sector;
* Knowledge of performance management, agile methodologies, strategic planning, and project management.
