Data Governance Specialist

Job Summary: Professional to develop and maintain understanding of data needs, with focus on data strategy, data management, and team alignment. Key Highlights: 1. Strong experience in SQL, BI, and data management **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain understanding of data needs inherent to business strategies; * Collaborate with data product owners to develop a cohesive data strategy aligned with business unit objectives; * Organize forums and routines necessary to align data, IT, product, and analytics teams, share best practices, and provide alternative solutions when appropriate; * Establish plans and routines and manage data resources supporting execution of the data strategy; * Identify and share data use cases and practices across enterprises and/or data products; * Evangelize and train teams on the data strategy and supporting functions, responsibilities, operating model, and resources. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree or higher; * Advanced or fluent English; * Strong experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, BigQuery, etc.); * Experience with frameworks: DAMA-DCAM, DCAM, LGPD, or COBIT; * Experience in data management and/or cloud-based data management (GCP, Azure, or AWS); * Experience with Agile and other project management methodologies; * Experience leading development/improvement and implementation of business strategies, operating models, and business capabilities (people, processes, and IT); * Experience documenting and communicating guidelines, standards, and frameworks; * Experience with analytics and AI solutions. **ATTENTION!** **For this position, the work model is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite at our Barueri/SP office — therefore, candidates must reside in São Paulo state or in a region with easy commuting access.**
