Description

\- Main responsibilities: \* Providing technical assistance and support to users \* Installation and configuration of computers and peripherals \* Basic support for switches, Wi\-Fi, and structured cabling \* Assistance in documenting infrastructure \* Initial monitoring of servers, network links, and equipment \* Support for corporate tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, printers, internal systems) \* Tracking and managing service tickets \* Assistance in organizing the data center (CPD) and physical infrastructure \- Education and desired knowledge: \* Technical or undergraduate courses in IT currently in progress \* Interest in infrastructure, networking, and information security \* Computer networks (basic/intermediate) \* Windows 10/11 \* Office Suite / Google Workspace \* Basic knowledge of cabling and infrastructure \- Behavioral profile: \* Organization \* Proactivity \* Ability to work in a team \- Additional information: Work modality: On-site; Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:18 PM \- 1-hour lunch break; Work location: Campo Grande \- Rio de Janeiro; Benefits: Transportation allowance \+ Meal allowance and/or food voucher \+ Health insurance \+ Day Off \+ Total Pass.
