Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring customs compliance in export/import and transshipment processes, interacting with authorities and optimizing cargo flow. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with customs and tax laws **Job Title:** Customs Agent **Location:** Campinas\- VCP **Working Hours:** Tuesday to Saturday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Mandatory Requirements to Apply:** * Completed High School; * Experience in international freight/cargo customs policies, procedures, rules, and laws; * Written and verbal communication skills; * General office skills and computer literacy; * Customs-specific English – basic level; * Flexible availability (including weekends). **Preferred (non-mandatory) Qualifications:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Knowledge of airport procedures and customs clearance; * Power BI development skills; * Advanced Excel proficiency for developing Macros; **Responsibilities:** * Prepare required customs documentation to ensure timely and efficient execution of export/import and transshipment procedures; * Prepare international manifests to ensure responsive and efficient customs clearance; * Ensure full compliance with the country’s customs and tax laws, aligned with FedEx’s policies, procedures, practices, and rules; * Receive and inspect incoming cargo at VCP eligible for release; * Interact with customs officials and coordinate customs activities with internal operations staff; * Resolve system discrepancies and complete flight closing; * Maintain all customs documentation well-organized and properly archived. **How to Apply:** Applications will be accepted exclusively via Workday**.** **FedEx is committed to equal opportunity employment.
