Job Summary: Provide assistance and guidance to motorcycle couriers, registering and tracking requests in the system until resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Customer support via WhatsApp and in person * Customer support for motorcycle couriers via WhatsApp and in person * Guidance on deliveries, pickups, and procedures. * Registration of requests in the system and tracking until resolution.
