Job Summary: Dois Irmãos Driving School is seeking commercially oriented professionals with excellent diction for in-person and telephone customer service, focused on sales and administrative support. Dynamic environment with scheduling system operations. **Dois Irmãos Driving School** is recruiting two professionals to join its customer service team at the Laranjeiras branch. We seek candidates with a strong commercial orientation, excellent diction, and proficiency in using digital systems. **Location:** Rua das Laranjeiras, 17 \- Laranjeiras, Rio de Janeiro \- RJ. **Available Shifts:** * **(Opening Shift):** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. * **(Closing Shift):** Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. * **Saturdays:** 4-hour shifts for both shifts. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct in-person and telephone customer service focused on enrollment conversion and service sales. * Operate lesson and examination scheduling systems. * Provide basic administrative support using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel). * Ensure reception organization and adherence to the driving school’s excellence standards. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in customer service and sales. * Fluent verbal and written communication, clear and professional. * Basic computer skills (Excel and Word). * Experience with scheduling software is a plus. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** R$ 1\.720,00\. * **Benefits:** Transportation voucher + iFood Benefits Card.
