Job Summary: A professional responsible for tracking and recording employees' working hours, monitoring absences and overtime, and supporting productivity and resource management on construction sites. Organization and attention to detail **Main Responsibilities:** * Track and record the working hours of construction site employees; * Monitor and record absences, late arrivals, overtime, and other incidents; * Manage and track employee allocation across different tasks and work fronts; * Support team productivity monitoring; * Complete reports and documents related to construction site monitoring; * Collect and record information for submission to the administrative/HR department; * Support material, equipment, and other resource management on site, when required; * Monitor and record incidents related to daily operations; * Maintain up-to-date and organized site records. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a construction timekeeper or in administrative roles on construction sites; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Excel; * Organization and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with operational teams; * Familiarity with timekeeping systems and administrative routines on construction sites is desirable. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience in paving, earthwork, or infrastructure projects.
