We specialize in the high-income segment, serving only private patients (we do not accept health insurance plans) and spare no effort in delivering the best possible experience to our patients. **Location:** Vila Olímpia – South Zone of São Paulo **What we’re looking for:** A Concierge responsible for managing our patients’ end-to-end experience. We seek someone with strong problem-solving and learning capabilities. Our clinic already has well-structured processes and tools; we need someone who can execute them flawlessly. Strong organizational ability is essential. Below is a list of responsibilities. We seek a candidate with high potential to grow alongside our clinic. **Your responsibilities:** **Preparation for patient arrival** * Review the patient’s registration to understand their recent history * Review the latest interactions on WhatsApp * Verify the patient’s financial status * Ensure the patient has building access and that their appointment is confirmed **Welcoming the patient** * Greet the patient and offer coffee and cake * Explain to the patient the procedure they will undergo * Notify the nursing and/or medical team and escort the patient **After the session/consultation** * Ask how the session went * Handle commercial/financial closing, arrange for digital contract signing * Schedule the patient’s next session * Request invoice issuance from the finance department **Customer experience** * Stay attentive to events in the patient’s life so that we may occasionally surprise them with delightful gestures—e.g., sending flowers, chocolates, or gifts **WhatsApp interaction** * Address all patient requests between sessions (questions, prescriptions, report requests, etc.) * Correctly classify conversations within the post-sale funnel **What you should know:** **Mandatory** * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proficiency with management and communication software (Teams, WhatsApp, email) * Intermediate Excel knowledge * Prior experience in the luxury market (hospitality, retail, restaurants) **Desirable** o Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, RD Station, Salesforce, and similar) **What we offer:** * Salary: R$3,000.00 * CLT employment contract, on-site * Workload: 6 hours per day * Working hours: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM OR 2:00 PM–8:00 PM * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: R$300.00 per month **How to apply:** **Send your resume to** vagas@drabarbarahelen.com.br with the subject line "Concierge Position".
