More than ensuring dashboards and reports, this role plays a fundamental part in shifting from a reactive to a proactive stance — working closely with business areas, identifying opportunities, generating insights, and influencing decisions. The position requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, with responsibility for fostering a data-driven culture throughout the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the Business Analytics team, directing efforts toward generating value and business impact * Work closely with business areas to understand context, challenges, and opportunities * Prioritize analytical initiatives based on strategic impact, not merely demand volume * Transform data into actionable insights that support key company decisions * Identify performance bottlenecks and growth opportunities through exploratory analysis * Challenge business areas with hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations — going beyond fulfilling requests * Ensure data governance, quality, and consistency in all analyses * Enhance usage of tools such as Looker and Databricks to advance the company’s analytical maturity * Develop and monitor business metrics, including conversion, retention, loss ratio, and operational efficiency * Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure proper use of data sources and analytical models * Promote data culture, encouraging daily use of analytics across business areas * Encourage autonomy within business areas via self-service tools while maintaining governance * Use Google Workspace for collaboration, organization, and team activity management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience leading or coordinating Business Analytics teams or related areas * Strong business acumen and ability to connect data with outcomes * Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving mindset * Experience defining and monitoring business metrics * Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, especially Looker * Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for deeper analysis * Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS * Ability to prioritize strategically and manage multiple stakeholders * Strong communication skills to translate data into clear, actionable insights * Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Administration, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, or related disciplines. **Additional Information** Additional Information: Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Working Hours: 7.5 hours/day Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Location: Pinheiros/SP **Youse Seguros is a brand of CAIXA Group and CNP Assurances**, founded in 2016\.
