Collaboration to continuously improve online sales processes **Position: E\-commerce Assistant** We are looking for an E\-commerce Assistant to join our team and contribute to the daily operations of our virtual stores. The professional will be responsible for delivering agile and high-quality customer service, as well as supporting operational routines on marketplaces. **Main Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly, clearly, and courteously to customer inquiries and questions on Shopee and Mercado Livre platforms * Monitor customer messages and interactions to ensure quality service and satisfaction * Pick, verify, and ship orders (average of 50 orders per day) * Properly package products to ensure integrity during shipping * Monitor orders, shipping deadlines, and shipment status * Support resolution of issues and handling of complaints * Collaborate with the team to continuously improve online sales processes **Requirements:** * Strong written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Agility and sense of priority to manage high order volumes * Basic computer literacy and experience navigating online platforms * Marketplace experience is a plus **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and responsibility * Ability to work effectively in a team * Dynamism to perform operational tasks * Results-oriented mindset with focus on customer experience If you are communicative, organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this opportunity may be right for you!
