Opportunity for learning and professional growth **Job Description** An integration company specializing in the development of control systems for industries across multiple sectors. Designs, implements, and integrates solutions for industrial controllers, serving sugar and ethanol mills, renewable energy facilities, mining operations, pulp and paper plants, steel mills, and others. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical leadership for complex industrial automation projects, acting as the technical reference for both the team and clients; * Define, design, and develop industrial-level Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and IT system architectures; * Develop automation and control system projects incorporating robust, scalable, and integrated solutions; * Create process flowcharts, I/O lists, logic diagrams, system architectures, electrical diagrams, and instrumentation diagrams; * Design, document, and configure industrial networks and integration among different systems and platforms; * Develop, edit, and interpret control logic for PLCs and DCSs, with strong expertise in **Rockwell** platforms (as well as Yokogawa and GE where applicable); * Configure SCADA systems and HMIs (workstations, panels, and tablets), including platforms such as **Rockwell, FactoryTalk, Yokogawa, iFIX**, among others; * Serve as the technical interface with clients and suppliers, supporting technical definitions, specifications, and decision-making; * Specify equipment, products, and technical solutions according to project requirements; * Conduct testing, technical support, commissioning, start-up, and assisted operation of industrial processes; * Prepare and maintain technical documentation for projects; * Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions, actively contributing to continuous improvement of processes, standards, and deliverables within the area; * Support the technical development of the team by sharing knowledge and best practices. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in development, implementation, and optimization of industrial automation projects (Supervisory and Control Systems), particularly involving complex architectures and focused on Rockwell and FactoryTalk platforms. Knowledge of industrial networks, support, testing, commissioning, and start-ups is required. * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) and availability for medium- or long-distance travel and extended stays at client sites. * AutoCAD and technical English are desirable. **Desired Knowledge** * Familiarity with Rockwell systems and controllers (manufacturer of systems and controllers) and iFIX (manufacturer of systems); other manufacturers: Fertron, Indusoft, Emerson, Smar, Schneider. * Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, Smar, GE Fanuc, and DCS controllers and SCADA systems. * Proficiency in programming using VBA, VBScript, JavaScript, and Python for automation; * Technical English for reading and writing; * Experience with virtualization in industrial environments. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, segmentation, and security. * Postgraduate degree or certifications; * Capacity and interest in continuous learning. **Job and/or Company Advantages:** * A company offering customized and exclusive services to its clients; * Direct interaction with company partners, providing excellent learning opportunities; * The company provides regular training and capacity-building programs; * Collaborative work environment with opportunities for professional growth. * Rockwell-certified company with full support and resources available.
