Analytics Engineer | Remote

Description

Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, knowledge of Power BI and Qlik, proficiency in database manipulation (SQL, Python), and analytical capability to generate strategic insights and reports. Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields, Statistics, or Engineering. Excellent command of the Portuguese language (written and grammatical), ability to produce clear, coherent, and well-structured texts. Ability to review or create technical documents, reports, or formal communications is desirable. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Solid experience with data analysis tools (Power BI and Qlik), including modeling, visualization, and performance optimization; * Proficiency in SQL for query writing, query optimization, and relational and dimensional modeling (star schema); * Functional knowledge of Python applied to data; * Experience with analytical data architectures and Data Warehouse; * Experience in KPI and indicator modeling, as well as business rule definition, ensuring traceability and consistency; * Ability to engage from business requirement gathering through to final delivery; * Experience in critical corporate environments, including support, maintenance, and demand prioritization; * Proficiency in the Portuguese language (formal writing, technical documentation, executive reports). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Experience in BI tool migration projects; * Practical experience with standardization and processing of data from multiple sources; * Knowledge of Statistics; * Prior experience with AI tools
