Global and multicultural environment with emphasis on diversity and inclusion ### About the Team The Activation team is a strategic vertical within the CSM structure at SumUp Brazil, focused on merchant activation and maximizing merchant lifetime value. Our mission is to proactively assist and identify customers with significant TPV growth potential. ### Required Qualifications * 1–2 years of experience in product onboarding, activation, or account management * Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese * Proactive mindset—anticipating customer needs * Proficiency in using CRM tools and interpreting data to make strategic decisions and activate customers * Goal-oriented (commercial profile) with a proven track record of meeting KPIs * Time management and task prioritization skills * 100% on-site position in São Paulo – SP ### You’ll thrive in this role if you have: * A proven history of exceeding onboarding targets * CRM expertise (Salesforce is a strong plus) * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for portfolio analysis * Familiarity with dialer tools (e.g., Five9 or similar) * Knowledge of the payments industry (desirable) * Understanding of fintech and payments ### Why You’ll Love Working at SumUp Opportunity to work with a global and multicultural team from our dynamic hub in São Paulo, located in the heart of the city.
