Accounting Manager

JOVI is seeking a strategic and analytical professional with strong accounting experience to serve as Accounting Manager, supporting the financial and accounting structure of operations in Brazil. If you have solid full-cycle accounting experience, financial closing expertise, tax compliance knowledge, and hands-on experience with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, or TOTVS, this opportunity may be for you! **Responsibilities:** * Full management of accounting and financial routines * Monthly and annual closing (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) * Ensure compliance with BR GAAP and IFRS * Accounting reconciliations and analysis of discrepancies * Participation in ERP-related projects and improvements * Optimization and automation of financial processes * Accounting and compliance support for business areas, supply chain, importation, and inventory **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration * Experience in auditing (Big Four experience is considered a plus) * Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ/CSLL, etc.) * Extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting in Brazil * Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Prior experience in technology, telecommunications, or electronics sectors is a plus * Fluent English for daily use * Willingness to undertake occasional domestic travel Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: * Accounting Sciences, Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Advanced) * Mandarin (Advanced) * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Mobility Assistance * Dental Care * Health Insurance
