Access Control Porter - Night Shift

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring the entry and exit of people and vehicles, safeguarding property, and forwarding correspondence, ensuring site security. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for property security and access control 2. Ensures safety and order on site 3. Manages receipt and forwarding of correspondence Monitor the entry and exit of people, observing their movement in the main entrance lobby, elevator lobbies, courtyards, building corridors, and garage. Monitor and safeguard property, controlling the entry and exit of people and vehicles on the premises via internal surveillance systems, reporting any anomalies and taking appropriate measures to ensure site security. Attempt to prevent suspicious individuals from entering. Direct others to their requested destinations. Handle general correspondence and small-sized packages sent to building occupants, receiving and forwarding them to recipients to avoid loss or other unpleasant incidents. Schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Work Rotation: 12 hours on, 36 hours off Requirements: Completed high school education. Prior experience performing these duties is desirable, such as: Experience screening vehicles and pedestrians, identifying visitors, registering service providers, and following protocols for delivery and receipt of goods. Basic computer skills (end-user level). Experience in residential and commercial condominiums is desirable.
