Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Delivery Driver responsible for delivering and installing equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal product functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and maintenance of delivery vehicles About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Technical Delivery Driver to join our team. The professional will be responsible for delivering and installing technical equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and perfect functionality of delivered products. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver technical equipment to customers, ensuring safe transportation of products. * Schedule deliveries * Provide initial customer support, clarifying questions regarding equipment operation. * Ensure organization and maintenance of delivery vehicles. * Record and report incidents occurring during deliveries and installations. * Organization and cleaning of showroom vehicles. Mandatory Requirements: * Valid driver's license for operating vehicles (category compatible with the vehicle used). * Prior experience in technical deliveries or related fields. * Basic knowledge of technical equipment installation and configuration. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Organization and loading of test drives. Desirable Qualifications (advantage): * Completed high school education * Experience with preventive and corrective equipment maintenance. * Knowledge of urban routes and logistics. * Proficiency in using delivery tracking and management systems.
