Job Summary: The Field Supervisor oversees emergency and scheduled services on MV/LV networks, ensures compliance with work schedules, mitigates absenteeism, and guarantees team safety and quality. We operate across the entire energy chain, with activities in generation, distribution, transmission, and trading, as well as energy solutions. **POSITION:** Field Supervisor **IN THIS ROLE, YOU ARE EXPECTED TO:** * Supervise emergency response, scheduled maintenance, and commercial services on MV/LV networks, maintaining electricity supply at pre-established levels. * Develop and update team work schedules, actively ensuring their adherence; * Mitigate absenteeism by seeking options for workforce reintegration and team adjustments; * Conduct daily safety dialogues extensively across the team; * Provide specialized technical support in the field, as required; * Carry out periodic audits to identify and address safety, behavioral, and quality deviations (PDCA); * Ensure teams are fully supplied with all necessary materials, tools, equipment, PPE, and collective protective equipment (CPE) to perform activities; * Ensure all teams are trained to deliver quality results, avoiding waste and meeting standards; * Act as backup shift leader. * Monitor and control overtime hours **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR Technical Diploma in Electrotechnology. * Basic NR-10 Course (40 hours). * Complementary NR-10 (SEP) Course (40 hours) * Valid driver’s license, Category B. * Active registration with CREA for Engineers and CFT for Technicians. **Work Location:** Russas - CE Join us at the industry-leading company, where you’ll have the opportunity to help build increasingly sustainable energy—adding your talent to change the world with us!
