We are looking for a Store Manager to work in our burger restaurant, responsible for operational management, team leadership, and ensuring quality in customer service and products. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage daily operations of the burger restaurant * Supervise the team (front-of-house, kitchen, and support staff) * Ensure product and service quality standards * Monitor sales targets and performance indicators * Manage inventory control and ingredient orders * Organize work schedules and timekeeping * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations * Resolve conflicts and assist customers when necessary * Train and develop the team * Oversee cash register opening and closing REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience as a manager or team leader (preferably in the food industry) * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree * Knowledge of team management * Basic understanding of inventory and financial control * Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
