Alltec Composites is a company specialized in the manufacturing of composites and advanced materials. Focused on innovation and quality, it provides solutions for various industrial sectors. **Responsibilities:** Examine product and process nonconformities (both internal and customer-related). Conduct investigations using quality tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 8D, among others). Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans in collaboration with responsible departments. Act as a facilitator for continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor quality indicators and suggest improvements based on collected data. Promote training and awareness on quality best practices and continuous improvement culture. Nonconformity management and continuous improvement. Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist, Quality Coordinator, Quality Auditor, or Quality Control Supervisor may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
