**Job Description**
* Manage the production team of the Juice and CPP (CPP: Co-Products Plant) factory (permanent and seasonal staff), identifying shift needs with support from process leaders and ensuring that human resources (training) and materials (tools) are sufficient to achieve targets agreed upon with Industrial Management.
* Participate in quality and continuous improvement working groups (e.g., PDCA, Six Sigma, failure analysis).
* Ensure health and safety across all operations by implementing and facilitating the Industrial Safety Policy among area personnel (employees or third parties). Also responsible for conducting Sector Safety Dialogues and approving high-risk work execution in the area (approval of JHAs—Job Hazard Analyses—and PTWs—Permits to Work—as well as preliminary risk analysis and work permits).
* Ensure production complies with applicable legislation and meets quality, industrial safety, and environmental requirements per company policy.
* Ensure team efforts align with goals and results derived from Operational Excellence deployment for juice (concentrated and non-concentrated) and co-product production, holding periodic follow-up meetings on the area’s performance dashboard and, when necessary, jointly establishing with the team required corrective actions (Action Plans) and addressing production deviations and process non-conformities (NCs).
* Ensure product quality requirements (COJ, NFC, oils, essences, and CPP) are met, complying with customer specifications, global standards, and regulations applicable to orange juice and co-product manufacturing.
* Ensure production adheres to product MIX and quality parameters specified in production plans jointly developed with Supply Chain.
* Support the Maintenance Department in maintaining equipment in good condition and operational status, performing routine equipment checks within the area and proactively notifying Maintenance personnel when required.
* Contribute to CAPEX management at the Unit during off-season and occasionally during peak season, aiming to drive improvements that enhance industry performance indicators related to productivity, quality, cost, safety, and environment.
* Execute continuous improvement of production processes, technologies, and equipment through joint activities with the Process Engineering and Quality Assurance teams, and foster food safety culture within the production team.
* Assist in developing Procedures, Instructions, and Specifications for Quality Documents related to production area responsibilities.
* Manage team members under direct responsibility, ensuring alignment with organizational values and culture, safeguarding organizational climate and people development.
* Evaluate the performance of process leaders and operators using clearly defined criteria such as productivity, commitment, teamwork, etc., to identify emerging talent and develop it.
