Job Summary: Supervise extraction, loading, transportation, drilling, blasting, and mining processes, ensuring compliance with cost, quality, and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Team and resource management in mining operations. 2. Optimization of natural resources and assurance of production planning. 3. Technical training and development of the team. Supervise extraction, ore and waste loading, ROM transportation, drilling, blasting, mining, feeding and operation of crushing and beneficiation, in accordance with monthly planning, ensuring adherence to established cost, quality, and safety standards. Inspect mining areas, assess operational risks, and manage human, financial, and material resources. Ensure execution of mining operations and ore movement via loading and transportation according to the short-term mining plan, optimizing existing natural resources as well as crusher feed and ore stockpiling; Contribute to physical asset availability by ensuring appropriate use of mine equipment (loading, transportation) to meet daily, monthly, and annual production targets; Ensure compliance with operational and environmental procedures, guiding and supervising the team within their area of responsibility; Provide technical training to the team through instruction, guidance, and continuous supervision, as well as developing potential successors; Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$2.842,46 - R$11.432,20 per month Work Location: On-site
