Fleet control, route planning, and productivity indicators A logistics services company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Mauá. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the company’s logistical and operational routines. Manage fleet operations, routes, fuel consumption, and other resources used in operations. Monitor logistical KPIs, results, and productivity. Ensure compliance with deadlines, internal processes, and safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement of logistical processes by proposing adjustments and optimizations. Interface with internal departments, suppliers, and other partners to align requirements. Manage the team, supervise daily activities, and provide day-to-day guidance to staff. Previous experience as Logistics Manager, Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Analyst, or Supply Chain Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
