Job Summary: Perform cleaning and organization tasks for administrative buildings and operational areas to ensure the terminal operates smoothly, maintaining hygienic and healthy conditions. Perform mowing, gardening, and pruning services. **Purpose and Impact of the Role:** Carry out cleaning and organization activities for the administrative building and operational areas, as well as other internal port facilities, to ensure smooth terminal operations. **Key Responsibilities:** Maintain operational and administrative areas in hygienic and healthy conditions; Perform cleaning and selective waste collection in operational areas and/or administrative buildings; Perform painting and general services, as an additional duty when required; Perform mowing/gardening, tree pruning, and ornamental plant pruning, when required; Assist with civil works tasks, as an additional duty when required; Be accountable for performing tasks across various process stages, striving to meet the quality standards pre-established in company procedures; **Qualifications:** **Minimum Requirement:** Completed Elementary Education **Desirable Requirement:** Completed High School Education NOTE: PLEASE ATTACH AN UPDATED RESUME.
