Job Summary: Civil Engineering Intern to assist in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, quantity take-offs, site supervision, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in various stages of construction planning and execution **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Work Model:** On-site **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **Experience Level:** Professional **Job Description and Responsibilities:*** Read and interpret engineering drawings; * Perform material and labor quantity take-offs; * Generate daily construction reports; * Participate in ERP training (Mega, Approvo, Senior X, Mobuss, Autodoc, GD4, and Colaborativo); * Understand CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention); * Participate in DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue); * Understand NRs (Regulatory Standards); * Be familiar with the Quality Management System; * Participate in integration meetings between TARRAF employees and third-party contractors; * Begin quality control activities (reports, drawing control, CQE – Execution Quality Certificate, traceability of applied materials, PQO – Construction Quality Plan); * Verify and record completed works according to CQE, PES – Service Execution Process, and specific project drawings; * Conduct contractor measurements for approval per guidance from the Tutor – GO (Construction Manager); * Submit system-based material and service requisitions per company procedures, tracking delivery dates for materials and services; * Prepare contract annexes (Annex I – Contract Activity Description; Annex II – Physical Schedule per contractual timeframe) and contract termination documents (Annex I); * Monitor physical planning/scheduling (construction progress) of activities; * Jointly with the Tutor – GO, attend meetings with contractors to define goals and scope of work; * Monitor preparation/implementation of the Databook (construction warranty documentation); * Monitor updated drawings and replace obsolete ones; open Autodoc tickets under immediate supervisor’s supervision; * Monitor safety and quality audits and related outcomes; * Monitor construction site, identify discrepancies and contractor difficulties, and report them to the GO; * Assist in cost planning; **Requirements and Qualifications:** Civil Engineering student **Benefits:**Medical insurance; Dental insurance; Childcare allowance for mothers; Birth gift basket (for newborns); Life insurance; Meal voucher; Transportation voucher; Birthday day off, to enjoy with friends and family; Payroll-deductible loan with interest rates starting at 1.49% per month; Discounts and partnerships for food, education, leisure, mental health, and more. **THIS POSITION IS ELIGIBLE FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES (PCD).** **LEARN ABOUT TARRAF:** We study the essence of humanity; this knowledge is translated into innovative projects that aim to provide living spaces transforming people’s lives.**MISSION:** To build places and provide people with the ideal space to live their best experiences, write their own stories, and be happy.**VIRTUES:** Faith, Hope, Love, Prudence, Fortitude, Temperance, and Justice \+ 33,000 URBAN UNITS \+ 105,000 PEOPLE LIVING IN ENVIRONMENTS DESIGNED BY TARRAF!
