Job Summary: Develop and enhance mobile applications in Flutter for an innovative debt restructuring initiative, adopting a systemic perspective and collaborative approach. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborating across multiple squads with end-to-end ownership of the product SP, SP Senior About the Role: You will join the team responsible for the Protected Agreement — an innovative initiative that adds an extra layer of security to the debt restructuring process. This product enables users, in cases of payment inability, to activate protection that ensures partial or full settlement of the agreement via an insurance provider, functioning similarly to an extended warranty. The project involves integration across multiple squads and demands a systemic perspective, strong collaboration, and adaptability within a dynamic environment featuring shifting scopes and priorities. Responsibilities: ✔ Develop and enhance mobile applications using Flutter ✔ Design scalable, well-architected solutions ensuring code quality and maintainability ✔ Implement and manage state control using BLoC and Cubit ✔ Develop and maintain unit, integration, and widget tests ✔ Implement complex navigation flows, including deep links and internal links ✔ Collaborate closely with various squads to ensure technical and business alignment ✔ Own the product end-to-end, overseeing development from inception through final delivery Requirements: ✔ Solid Flutter experience (minimum 3 years) ✔ Proficiency in state management and reactivity (BLoC, Cubit) ✔ Strong architectural vision and knowledge of design patterns in complex applications ✔ Experience with unit, integration, and widget testing ✔ Knowledge of navigation via deep links and internal links ✔ Experience building projects from scratch through to final delivery ✔ Strong sense of accountability for delivery quality Nice-to-Haves: ➕ Experience in financial products or payment systems ➕ Experience working in environments with multiple squads and technical dependencies ➕ Knowledge of mobile application UX best practices Work Model: Remote What You’ll Find at Maitha: Individual Development Experience focusing on soft skills, supported throughout your journey; Well-being Management with monitoring of metrics and indicators tracking satisfaction evolution; Training sessions, workshops, and meetups to enhance both soft and hard skills; Rewards program featuring a points-based system and incentives; TotalPass offering numerous plan options and over 250 modalities, including weight training, cross-training, yoga, dance, and more; And much more!
