Job Summary: We are seeking an FF&E Buyer to lead procurement processes for furniture, equipment, and decorative items, focusing on quality, timelines, and cost optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Interface with technical teams and monitor deliveries We are looking for an FF\&E Buyer to handle the procurement of furniture, equipment, and decorative items for common areas in Parque Global developments – Phase 2. The position will be responsible for leading procurement processes with emphasis on technical quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost optimization, ensuring compliance with project specifications and efficient coordination among suppliers, developers, designers, and construction teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** Lead FF\&E procurement processes, from quotation to purchase order and contract formalization. Ensure compliance with approved technical and commercial specifications. Conduct commercial negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery timelines, payment terms, warranties, and logistics. Analyze and compare technical and commercial proposals, evaluating scopes, timelines, and contractual conditions. Support supplier qualification and contract formalization. Coordinate with technical and construction teams to align timelines and implementation requirements. Monitor deliveries and support resolution of contractual deviations with suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in technical or strategic procurement. Experience in comparative proposal analysis and commercial negotiations. Knowledge of contract drafting and management. Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience in the construction industry or real estate market. Experience in procurement of furniture, carpentry, or equipment.
