Job Summary: Direct student service, guidance on tuition fees, issue resolution, as well as processing enrollments and managing outstanding balances. Key Highlights: 1. Join one of the world's top universities. \#VemSerPUCCampinas **Responsibilities:** Directly assist students, provide information, guidance, and issue resolution regarding tuition fees; negotiate outstanding balances; issue duplicate bank payment slips; process authorized write-offs via the system; implement undergraduate, graduate, and Colégio Pio XII enrollment processes; monitor receipt of payments and refunds; manage scholarship-related information; and systematically address internal administrative issues to support cash collection and reduce delinquency. **Prerequisites:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related field **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM\.
