Job Summary: Responsible for delivering theoretical training sessions for youth in apprenticeship programs, providing pedagogical support, and ensuring information is up to date. Key Highlights: 1. Demonstrate commitment to social responsibility and work with youth Description: * A completed undergraduate degree in Teacher Training, Business Administration (with specialization in human resources or educational fields), Commercial Management, Agribusiness, Production Management, Social Communication, Human Resource Management, Social Work, Logistics, and/or Technology-related fields is mandatory; * Solid experience in conducting training sessions is required; * Experience in any of the following sectors is considered an advantage: Meat Industry, Logistics, Telemarketing, Agribusiness, Administrative Services, Human Resources, Retail Trade, Financial Institutions, Technology, Automotive Industry, or Food Industry; * We seek professionals who strongly identify with social responsibility and working with youth; * Responsible for delivering theoretical training sessions for adolescents and youth enrolled in the apprenticeship program, supporting the technical team on pedagogical aspects of CIEE Apprenticeship Programs, in accordance with applicable legislation and official ordinances; * Maintain updated records of youth participants and session progress (registrations, absences, and performance); * Organize physical space, equipment, and materials; * Understand and disseminate various training-related content, such as: Citizenship—rights and responsibilities, verbal expression, reading and text comprehension, administrative routines, application of mathematical concepts, basic economics/budgeting (personal, household, business), and customer service. 2511280202191890878
