Legal advisory services in labor litigation with technical responsibility **Job Description:** ---------------------- \- Analyze and investigate risks, accidents, and failures, proposing corrective and preventive measures, including statistical studies on costs. \- Issue safety opinions and monitor construction activities related to renovations and expansions, ensuring the adoption of safety measures. \- Provide legal advisory services in labor litigation, assuming technical responsibility for the institution via ART (Technical Responsibility Annotation). \- Develop and implement risk prevention programs, such as PPRA and LTCAT, and supervise collective protection systems and PPE usage. \- Conduct occupational safety training, guide routine inspections, and propose policies and programs to reduce risks and improve occupational hygiene. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering or Architecture; * Completed postgraduate degree in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Active registration with CREA (or CAU, where applicable); * Knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety; * Familiarity with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and labor/social security legislation related to Occupational Health and Safety. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Experience in a hospital environment; * Knowledge of LTCAT, PGR, PPP preparation, and indicator management; * Experience in safety training and inspections; * Knowledge of eSocial SST. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $9,108\.00 **Benefits:** --------------- * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Food allowance; * Meal allowance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Wellhub (Gympass); * SESC partnership. **Work Location:** ---------------------- ASSOC DE COMBATE AO CANCER EM GOIAS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 30h\|S
