Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Executive Secretarial Studies, Law, or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with document and calendar management platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, DocuSign, or similar).
* Basic knowledge of contract analysis and processing of legal and administrative documents, as well as ability to draft clear and formal texts, announcements, and documents.
* Prior experience in administrative and executive secretarial functions, preferably supporting senior leadership.
* Prior knowledge of the agribusiness sector will be considered an advantage.
* Must reside in Campo Grande/MS;
* Willingness to travel;
* Organize, monitor, and support the board's schedule of appointments, meetings, and events.
* Manage, filter, and handle correspondence, phone calls, and other communication channels for the board.
* Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other documents required for corporate routines.
* Plan and coordinate corporate travel, including flight and hotel reservations, and preparation of itineraries and schedules.
* Support research, analysis, and information gathering to assist the board's decision-making process.
* Coordinate physical and digital document signing processes.
* Assist the board in preliminary contract review, identifying key clauses to facilitate document processing and signing.
