Team Leadership** * Organize and assign tasks among shift staff. * Guide and support servers, baristas, or assistants during operations. * Monitor performance and provide timely feedback when necessary. **2\. Operational Organization** * Ensure the restaurant is organized, clean, and well-stocked. * Check basic inventory levels of products and supplies during the shift. * Monitor customer flow and adjust staffing according to demand. **3\. Service Quality** * Ensure customers are served promptly and courteously. * Resolve potential customer issues or complaints. * Ensure brand service standards are upheld. **4\. Operational Control** * Oversee cash register opening or closing as needed. * Verify operational procedures (preparation, cleaning, food safety). * Report incidents or needs to the store manager. **5\.
