PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Management/Behavioral) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if CTPS entry uses terminology directly related to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying duties performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
